While we strive to deliver accurate and reliable responses, hotels remain responsible for reviewing, managing, and validating information provided through the platform when necessary. We continuously enhance our services to improve functionality, performance, security, and the overall guest experience. Features and capabilities may be updated from time to time as part of our ongoing product development efforts.

Account Responsibility

Clients are responsible for maintaining the security and proper use of their ZayaBot accounts.

• Maintain Account Confidentiality
• Provide Accurate Information
• Manage Content Responsibly
• Monitor User Access
• Comply with Applicable Laws

Acceptable Use

Clients must use ZayaBot responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The platform may not be used to:

• Transmit Unlawful Content
• Violate Privacy or Data Protection Laws
• Mislead or Deceive Users
• Distribute Harmful or Malicious Material
• Interfere with Platform Operations

Service Availability

ZayaBot is designed to provide reliable and consistent service availability. While we strive to maintain high uptime and uninterrupted access to our platform, we do not guarantee that the service will be available at all times. Temporary interruptions may occur due to scheduled maintenance, system upgrades, third-party service dependencies, network disruptions, or unforeseen technical issues beyond our reasonable control. We make reasonable efforts to minimize downtime, maintain platform performance, and restore services promptly in the event of any disruption. Clients acknowledge that occasional service interruptions are a normal part of operating online technology platforms and shall not constitute a breach of these Terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ZayaBot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the platform.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Indirect Damages
• Loss of Revenue or Business Opportunities
• Client-Provided Content
• Third-Party Actions

Termination

ZayaBot reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the platform if a client violates these Terms & Conditions or engages in activities that may compromise the security, integrity, or proper operation of the service.
